Description

Some of you may remember my Anarchist character, so here's a version of him made with photoshop.

The wings are meant to be like shadows on the wall from some poor soul caught in a nuclear blast, and are supposed to be angelic, but came out kind of like butterfly wings, I hope it still looks good.
